Creativity is not optional at RGSAO. It is central to our pupils intellectual and emotional development.

Artistic life is just a normal part of school: whether it be the plays pupils perform in the Godfrey Brown Theatre, dance displays, art exhibitions, concerts or recitals, the School offers pupils an exciting range of cultural opportunities. Complementing the pupils own performances are the frequent trips to theatre, gallery and concert hall.

Some pupils find harmony in the choir, while others find their thrills in a rock band. The School celebrates a diverse range of creative activities, including an enjoyable Arts Week Festival every spring involving the whole School.

Practising for a musical tour to Ruritania, rhyming a line for a national poetry competition, or learning some for a role on stage, the opportunities for artistic expression are to be found everywhere and every day at RGSAO.
