Money for Macmillan
2 November 2007
During Lower School Assembly on Friday 2nd November the Headmaster was delighted to present Mr Jon Rayner of Macmillan Cancer Relief with a cheque for the funds raised from the Cake Sale organised by Mrs Sturdy last half term. Mr Rayner explained to the Year 7 and 8 pupils a little about the support services offered by Macmillan including their Nurses, Doctors and also the financial and emotional help they can offer sufferers of cancer, and their families.
