Screaming game. We competed for everything, played intelligently, and but for tiring (I stuck with 7 all game, they had an 11 man squad system) could have nicked it, as we were 2 up with 2 minutes to play.

I was so proud of the way they played after that shocker at CLC. We had excellent support from a fantastic crowd in the first half, including the HM, and the girls rose to the occasion.

They played beautifully and kept the tempo high for the whole match. I must say that Sarah P has been superb the last 2 weeks, working with the shooters in particular and giving them confidence.

All in all, a top day.

The good news is we came 4th out of 430 teams but disappointingly losing the 3rd /4th play off do not qualify for the Regionals.
In all honesty we froze in the first game and lost 1-4 to Nunnery, came good in games 2 & 3 winning 8-2 and 7-5 to qualify as runners up group B but then met Kings in the semi's and lost 2 -6 ( a good score !) then lost in final game to Nunnery again 2- 6 after leading 2 -1 !!
