1st XV match report:

RGS created a number of excellent scoring chances in the first fifteen minutes but early season handling errors meant that they were not converted to points. It was Alex Shaw's dynamic pace which produced the first try as he burst through the KES line before beating the full back. KES came back with a penalty but never looked like crossing the try ine. Charlie Jackson rounded of some fine handling play whilst Nat McDonald claimed the forwards' try. Cameron Pimlow scored the final try by handing off his opposite number before scorching around the outside of their defence.
