Warwick School

Warwick started the game with great pace and ran hard at RGS who tackled anything that moved. Such was the ferocity of the game that both RGS second rows sustained cuts to the head, which meant that they could not continue playing. Despite this, Warwick only lead by 6 - 3 at half time. The intense pressure that RGS were under started to tell in the second half and Warwick scored a couple of times to seal the game.

Bristol Grammar School

Bristol kicked off deep into the RGS half. Arran Dolphin caught the ball and fed Cameron Pimlow who, in typical fashion, handed off two players before rounding the full back to score under the posts, 5 - 0 in 20 seconds. Alex Shaw was the second to cross the line, finishing off some fine handling. Jonny Arr revelled in his new position at centre by scoring a hat-trick. Not to be out done, Cameron Pimlow scored another two to claim his hat-trick. David Morgan was the other scorer who charged down a Bristol kick before diving on the ball. In extended time Tom White and Arran Dolphin both scored.
